The company is in charge of the property management of Yuan Mansion and Yuan International Trade Building. It consists of the Administrative Office, the Marketing Department, the Finance Department, the Management Department for Yuan Mansion, and the Management Department for Yuan International Trade Tower.
Services:
(A) Security service: allocating security guards, and monitoring the security situation;
(B) Cleaning service: cleaning public areas in the building;
(C) Maintenance service: offering maintenance service for the central air-conditioning, lighting, sockets power, telephone lines, and other stuff to tenants;
(D) Rental agency service: handling sales and leases of offices as well as providing other commissioned services as required by tenants.
